What do I need to send you?
Just your listing photos and any drone clips you have. We handle all editing — music, captions, transitions, and formatting for each platform.
What formats will I receive?
Every delivery includes a vertical 9:16 cut (for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and 小红书) and a widescreen 16:9 cut (for MLS, Zillow, and your website) — both in MP4.
How does the revision process work?
You'll receive a watermarked draft first. On the Starter plan you get one round of changes. Standard and Retainer plans include unlimited revisions until you're happy.
What counts as a "video" on the Retainer plan?
Each listing is one video. If you have five active listings in a month, that's five videos — all covered under the flat monthly fee.
Do you shoot the video too?
We're an editing-focused service — you supply the photos and drone footage, we produce the final video. If you need a referral for a local photographer or drone pilot, just ask.
